Weight: 153.4 lbs (WAS 2 lbs the day before and then just 24 hrs later it was ZERO)
Arms: 12"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 37" ONE INCH OFF
Butt: 42"
Thigh: 25"
What I'm trying to get back to:
Weight: 144lbs Pounds to go- 9.6
Arms: NK
Waist: 28" Two inches to go
Hips: 35" Two inches to go
Butt: 40" Two inches to go
Thigh: 23" Two inches to go
So yay about the hips showing improvement. Every inch helps! No just to shrink 2 inches all over and I can crack out the tub with all of my old clothes in it! I think!
So this news Monday has totally demotivated me. You can tell when I'm demotivated because I stop blogging. Who wants to report/admit to bad news? But this is why that Fourth Discipline is so important. Creating a Cadence so you don't let yourself give up. What I did like about signing back on here again was reading how excited I was and how good I felt the other week when I was doing well. I want to feel that way again. Not tired, achy, and dejected.
I've still been good about eating right because there is NO room for error obviously! So I skipped the red wine w hibachi (extra sugars I didn't need) and I of course didn't eat the rice. The oil, etc used was most likely vegetable but if that's the worst thing I had all day...
Monday is usually my day off from the gym so I didn't go. Now I'm half way through Tues and we haven't made it to the gym yet because Liam's naps have messed up the class schedule. Little guy had a stomach bug over the weekend and is cutting molars so I need him to sleep when he can.
I just need to force myself to up upstairs before bed and run on the elliptical. No excuse when you have equipment in your house!
I haven't made up a food plan for this week and I've got to rework my work out schedule because Riley comes back from his dad's tomorrow and football starts up so some of my usual classes will be missed. I'm afraid I'm planning to fail because of inaction on my part!
Here's a loose idea of what the meal plans are this week. I'll link recipes tomorrow I hope!
Monday- Hibachi (eating out)
Tuesday- Pork Rind Crusted Chicken and Oven Baked Broccoli (brother is making the chicken!)
Wednesday- Hungry Man Sweet Potato Casserole (crockpot!)
Thursday- Lime-Infused Honey Chicken (or leftovers)
Friday- Whatever we didn't have Thursday
Satruday/Sunday- Pulled Pork (crockpot!)
Oh and I plan on making a lot of these Paleo muffins I found at Multiply Delicious . CAVEAT- She is Vegan mostly which doesn't equal Paleo. Just check her ingredients before you start whipping up something. She has a helpful Paleo tab on the left that will filter just the Paleo recipes for you. I made the banana cinnamon buns (muffins) and they were AH-MAZE-ING. My nonPaleo sister-in-law liked them too! The true test is what hubs thinks... stay tuned. It was a nice change of pace from my usual breakfast (but you still need morning protein!) or will be a nice baked good in the afternoon with (one!) coffee.
Also another yummy treat I made yesterday was "raw cookie dough" based on the Urban Poser recipe. I omitted the baking soda and coconut oil because I figured they were mostly for the cooking part of the recipe. I just couldn't be bothered with spooning, baking, cooling. I just stirred it all together and ate it! :P
Here's hoping the week is not a total loss...
Keep it up every day! NO matter what the baby's nap schedule is....work around it...and go to the gym...if he cries they will work with him! Gotta keep going...Mon-Friday or Mon - Sat with a day off! For me it's been a habit...I have gone to the gym 5 days a week since I was 18 at Nationwide Fitness In PC...even prego I have gone...it is such a schedule and it works great! Keep it up girl!
